The time is WWII, the place is Berlin. Felice Schragenheim, a German Jew who works at a Nazi newspaper by day and is a member of the Jewish Underground by night, and Lilly Wust, a German woman receiving awards for being a Nazi super-mom, have just met and fallen unexpectedly and passionately in love.

Based on a true story, the film follows the brave lives of these two women trying to forget the horrors which surround them and salvage their love against all odds.
